Contact
Offload is a static site: there is no contact form, no account registration and no newsletter. The address contact@air-refueling.com is a reserved address, set aside for the journal. Reception of incoming mail at that address is inactive. In plain terms, messages sent there do not reach the journal: they are not received, not read and not answered. Offload states this plainly so that no one spends time writing to an address that currently receives nothing.
Corrections
Articles on Offload name the public sources they rest on. A correction, in the usual sense, concerns a conflict between a statement in an article and one of the public sources named in that article, or a cited document that has since been revised. Because incoming reception is inactive, there is at present no way to submit such a conflict to the journal, and Offload does not claim otherwise.
Source questions
Every article identifies its public sources by name. Readers who want to check where a statement comes from can consult those sources directly, since they are public: the article, the passage concerned and the named source are the three pieces that make such a check possible. The journal offers no additional channel for these questions, and it does not present the reserved address as a working one.
